Return & Refund Policy

At Cilai Jaipur, every product is handcrafted with care and carefully packed before dispatch. Since many of our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are a part of their unique charm and should not be considered defects.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions and images carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept return requests only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received a defective product.
  • You received the wrong item.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • An unboxing/opening video (mandatory)
  • Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label (if applicable)

Requests submitted after the specified time or without the required proof may not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
  • Products returned without their original packaging or accessories (where applicable).

Refund Policy

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/incorrect product.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, we will provide an appropriate refund or an alternative solution.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Cilai Jaipur will provide instructions regarding the return process. Where applicable, we will arrange or reimburse the return shipping as per our policy.
